Is it normal to have light but constant hair loss?

I am not really worried about it since I have thick hair, but it seems like I shead so much hair every day. Is this normal ? Is there anything I can do to stop it or slow it down?Is it normal to have light but constant hair loss?
perfectly normal, you will notice if you place your fingertips to your scalp you will feel bristles this is new hair growth. you notice hair loss more in longer hair than you do shortIs it normal to have light but constant hair loss?
i too have thick hair and have always shed a lot, like it scares me, but i have mantaind the thickness. its a certain percent of hairs you lose of your total hair each day, so someone with thinner hair may actually lose less because they naturally hVE less hair folicles e.t.c.

but with thick hair, you have a larger amount of hair so the shedding is at the same percentage yet it appears more, as well it is more hairs daily lost..if you get me.

dont worry, though if you seem to lose more than 150 a day that may be a sign of an underlying problem but if you have alwats sged a lot then its fine.
yes, every one looses hair
Yes it is completely normal to have constant but light hair loss.
if you have thick hair is is common for you to shed. in fact one or more hairs fall out of your hed every three minutes
yep, as long as the hair isnt getting thin, brush hair at least 2 times a day to help from gathering strays on clothes
