Can u give me some natural practical tips to reduce hair loss?

My hair loss is becoming really serious and I`m really worried about it,WHAT DO I DO?


(a 22 years old boy with a little extra weight,none of my relatives r bald)Can u give me some natural practical tips to reduce hair loss?

5) Read prescription medication side effects. Before taking any new medications read the various side effects associated with it. When hair loss is listed ask your doctor about an alternative medicine that could be taken or a way to reduce your chances.

hello! i have the same problem... wait I'm a girl though and my hair is longg lol.. try not to use so much conditioner.. you don't need to use it every time you shower also. It can also be because you put too much product in it like gel, mousse, or hairspray.. try to lessen the amount of product you put in your hair, if you do. conditioner softens your roots, making it easier to fall out. Also if you shower with warm water.. rinse your hair with COLD water before you get out of the shower. warm water also softens your roots. i do this, but my hair stillllll falls out.. but not as much as before. good luck.. planting hair is always an option also... just kidding! :D
1-dont have stress 2-eat and drik food over flow vitamin like juice and fruits 3-drink beer because beer is over flow from vitaminB if you live in iran you could drink ISTAK non alcholic beer every day 4-olive oil is very good for hair masag your hair with olive oil before bath 5-sleep enough 6-use anti hair loss shampoo .good luck



For hair loss you can try this remedy. Mix 1 egg, 2.5 tablespoons milk powder and 1 tablespoon wheat germ oil. Massage on the scalp and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash with a mild shampoo.

change you shampoo to pro-V one ,it seems your shampoo is not good or you have lack of vitamin,i think henna is useful!(Natural way)
