My dad had been suffering from hair loss and only recently he started to see a huge difference with his hair (lots of fine hair growing out especially at the temple area) after trying out the various natural techniques taught to grow hair for 1 week at this website http://www.regrowmyhair.info

I must say its a very informative, effective and easy to follow step-by-step guide. I highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering from hair loss.

And i assure you that you won't find this natural hair growing techniques on the internet.

Hope it helps ! =)

Side Effects Of Common Drugs For Hair Loss Treatment :

Minoxidil : Cause a fall in blood pressure, an increase in the heart rate, and weight gain (fluid retention)

Propecia : May cause birth defects in male baby's sex organs if taken by women. Also, potentially irreversible side effects occurring in the group of people taking the drug are erectile dysfunction, ejaculation disorder (decreased volume of ejaculate) and low libido.
There is also a natural product called Provilius that you might want to consider, it's available on-line so you wouldn't get it immediately but it provides the nutritional support that's needed to maintain optimum hair growth and normal follicle function. It provides essential minerals and vitamins helpful for hair follicle support, such as Magnesium, Biotin and Vitamin B6.

There's a free trial offer at the moment as well, have a look.

Will
As well as taking iron you will need some vitamin d and c as the body cant absorb the iron without it,good ones are vitamins and minerals,as minerals play a big part in hair so are very important,so buy the ones that say vitamins and minerals, also eat a good balanced diet.
you may need some internal and external care.. for internal you better take zinc, iron tonics and for external you use some good coconut oil or better use coconut milk that has to be prepared in home.. better don't go for any oil outside...

If the above is not possible use Hair-o-max aurvedic oil.. thats come a good result..
Meals rich in vitamins A, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, iron, zinc (protects hair follicles from DHT), and silica had (up to some point) help decrease the loss of hair, in addition to maintaining a healthy nutrition.
Hi Dr. Miles,

Go to to your local health food store, and look for a nutrient supplement that is high in the following:

B Complex

Pantothenic Acid

Folic Acid

P.A.B.A.

Vitamin A

Zinc

A few months of the above, and your hair and scalp will be in tip top shape.

Good luck!
The B-vitamins are great for treating hair loss. Believe it or not, a great natural remedy involves rubbing raw fish fillet over the scalp - something about the omega fats it is presumed. Good luck!
Get a balanced B-complex supplement and extra B6. I take these and my hair grows really fast and also my nails which women would like.
You Can Find Useful info about your problem in my source site
I heard vitamin B6.
