I have new kitten he was almost starved when i found him . Its going on a week now and he is eating good and getting fat. He has har lost on both front leggs and back in the underarm position. Looks like powder where hair easily pulls out. Is it ringworms or mange or just malnutrition?Can malnutrition cause hair loss in kittens?

I would call the vets. Malnutrition can cause all kinds of problems including hair loss. The vet may want to see the cat to make sure that is what is causing the problem. They may also be able to recommend some other things to do to help it grow back.
