The only qualified person who can help you is the one you should have gone to already - your VET. Lethargy is a symptom of many things, we cannot diagnose one of them. It may or may not be related to the vomiting.
If the vomiting is right after eating, the cat is either eating, too fast, too much, or the food may be spoilt, or the food may be cold.My cat has scabs hair loss and swollen glands in his inner thighs. also listless anyone have a cat with these?
Get your cat to the vet as soon as possible. The fact that he is losing hair, has scabs and swollen glands is not a good sign and one that he needs immediate attention. There might be a simple cure for this gamut of findings which could easily be taken care of but this has to be assessed by the vet so that there is nothing that is serious and irreversible.
He sounds like he is extremely run down and has some sort of infection. He may have any number of illnesses. Outdoor cats suffer terribly because they are exposed to so many diseases and parasites. Three really hideous diseases are now epidemic in the US. Then, because their owners don't see them regularly they don't notice they are sick until the problem is advanced.
He needs to see a vet right away.
Sounds like possible mange, or ringworm. The vomiting is possibly something else. Take the cat to a vet as they are the only ones who can asses what is really wrong with the cat.
Scabs and hair loss on an outdoor cat are a good sign of a mange mite. I would take her to a vet for evaluation.
