Can intense regular work out help prevent hair loss?

Hi all!





I have been experiencing fluctuating hair loss since puberty.


Im 23 now.





However, ive been working out(all natural, no supplements) for the past 3 years. What ive noticed is, that when ever i work out regularly, and sweat thoroughly in the scalp, my hair tend to grow healthier. and hair loss decreases.





I keep my hair short, around 1.5 inch long.Can intense regular work out help prevent hair loss?
Hair loss has to do with combination of radical things, hereditary, stress, lifestyle, and nutrients. Working out, is great, but how is your nutrition? If that has improved,different nutrients in food intake may also combined with healthier lifestyle change will also see decrease in hair loss.


stress levels lower as well, when your work out, there is release of stress, that can also help in hair loss. Good luck dont stop working out,eat right, sounds like your on right road.Can intense regular work out help prevent hair loss?
