Is there an effective way to prevent women's hair loss?

Is there really an effective way for women to keep from going almost bald, even if it's hereditary? I am devastated going in public. I am in my 60s but we older gals want to look decent too.Is there an effective way to prevent women's hair loss?
I't important to know how important certain vitamins and minerals are in your diet to prevent faulty or nonexistent hair growth. Research has shown that fast food, extreme work schedules and sloppy nutrition at home can affect not just our health but the look of our hair too. If you have poor eating habits and don't exercize enough your hair doesn't stand a very good chance. Also stress, everyday toxins, too much sun, cigarette smoke, excess alcohol and lack of sleep makes our bodies work harder at just maintaining standard health - not the best. However, people recommend that this can be helped with vitamins and mineral supplements. Is there an effective way to prevent women's hair loss?
Mainly hair loss will effect our food indegrents...............make sure daily vegetables, fishes, greeny leaves, egg yolk all these will surely have in our daily diet...................

womens hair loss causes are so many stresses, dust and without cleaning daily and without combing and our diet.........if we have these we have to make sure all these things..................thats it....

A minimum hair loss will have to every human being that is not an issue.....................

All the best
There is a product out there that can help with women's hair loss. It is an FDA approved product and it is guaranteed to work. They even have a free trial offer so you can give it a try and see how it works.
Older gals should look decent definately!!

The most common cause of hair loss is low thyroid function, which is common among menopausal women. Other causes include, but are not limited to: changes in hormone levels (decrease or increase), increased testosterone, increased stress (physical or emotional), various medications, scalp/dermatological issues and heredity. Any time sudden hair loss is experienced, one must consider events which took place up to three months prior to the hair loss, as factors affecting hair loss can often take up to three months to have an effect, i.e., were you diagnosed with something new in the past few months? Did you start taking medication during the past few months? Did you go through a traumatic experience (death of a loved one/friend, divorce and any other event that can be categorized as 'traumatic').

This sounds bad, don't worry though there is help at hand. By making sure you supplement your daily diet correctly you can help. You need a natural blend of different nutritients. Doing research for you I found www.bring-my-hair-back.com seems to be the best rated out there. 2 months free too.

Hope that helps, keep your confidence high and look good ;-)
