Does shaving your head help in eliminating stress related hair loss?

I have a very hectic work schedule and also am under a constant stress. I know that stress related hormones trigger hair loss. Does keeping your head shaved help in preventing this type of hair loss?Does shaving your head help in eliminating stress related hair loss?
yes and no!

ok! if you shave your head then thats ok! BUT massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;Does shaving your head help in eliminating stress related hair loss?
Our hair has a growth cycle, on average a hair grows for 3 to 4 years.

the first stage is called anagen and the last stage is called Telogen

The hair will fall in the last phase which can last for 5-6 weeks.

high level of stress converts most of the anagen hair into telogen and that is when people experience hair fall.

So keeping your head shaved wont yied any positive result because the hair follicle will still undergo this change.

What is recommended is to address the hormons which are resulting in this.

Some of my friend under the same situation experienced very good results with natural hair growth promoter like saw pallmetto, biotin, pumpkin seed extract etc.

One company is even giving free trials of the same
keeping you head shaved has no effect at all once you suffer from hair loss. since hair grows from the scalp shaving it makes no difference to it whatsoever. If your hair loss is stress related you need to tackle the cause of the stress. Once the stress is gone or reduced enough your hair will start to grow back. Stress hair loss is not permanent.
nah but itll keep you from haven to worry about it all the time.
No it doesnt but at least you wont have to see it falling.
