Does anyone know if the contraceptive implant causes hair loss?

I've had the implant for nearly a year and over the last 6 months my hair has been getting thinner. Is this the implant or some other reason. If i went to the doctors would they be able to help? Thanks!Does anyone know if the contraceptive implant causes hair loss?
